Our onsite
technicians can perform a variety of calibration procedures right in your own
facility. Whether an item is too large to transport, cannot be taken out of
service for long, or simply cannot leave a facility for administrative purposes,
our onsite services can take care of your calibration needs at your convenience.
We have an entire inventory of standards dedicated to our onsite services and a fleet of onsite mobile calibration transport units. So taking care of business is not a problem with onsite services from Accurate Laboratories, Inc.
Our 22 ’ self sufficient calibration laboratory facility was designed with our customers in mind. With our mobile lab, our onsite service technicians can perform all of your site calibration services in one trip rather than multiple times throughout the year. This includes everything from electronics to torque and force.
Mobile Lab Capabilities:
Our mobile calibration laboratory is outfitted with custom fixtures for tension force and our torque calibrator. The setup also allows our onsite technicians to perform work on electronics, dimensional equipment, tension force equipment, torque equipment and more. We currently house a built in surface plate for dimensional calibrations, a test frame for tension calibrations up to 10,000 lbs, and are powered to run our Fluke 5520A for electronics calibrations.
Onsite Flexibility:
Onsite services are primarily scheduled locally (within 100 mile radius of our laboratory in Oklahoma City, OK) however they can also be performed nationwide. Local onsite services are available from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.
