Accurate Laboratories, Inc is a full service calibration laboratory with A2LA ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Our company has invested in state of the art facilities and equipment to grow our scope and expand the quality of work that we perform. Our main focus is you. Our laboratory in Oklahoma City provides all of the services listed in this section and our secondary lab location in Arkansas includes several of these services and laboratory capabilities as well.
With top of the line asset standards, like the Fluke 5520A our electronics laboratory is capable of a variety of electronic equipment.
In our torque lab we are capable of calibrating torque equipment up to 2000 lbf-ft. We are also able to perform repairs on damaged torque equipment from a majority of the manufacturers in the industry. We keep an inventory of parts for many Proto, SnapOn/CDI model torque wrenches so standard repairs can be done quickly.
Our tension and compression force area has the capability to perform tension calibrations up to 20,000 lbf and compression calibrations up to 100,000 lbf.
We calibrate a variety of different temperature measuring devices such as infrared temperature guns, ovens, freezers, and more.
In our pressure laboratory area, our standards are able to perform calibrations up to 30,000 psi.
Dimensional Calibration:
The largest laboratory in our facility, our dimensional lab handles a
big part of our calibrations. Our dimensional lab is held at a constant 68 °F
±1 °F at all times. This is to maintain the climate needed for equipment such
as gage blocks and allow for minimal thermal expansion and the most accurate
measurements. Our unique double glass
door entry chamber ensures the lab maintains environment sustainability at all
times, even when the temperature outside reaches 105°F!
With state of the art Starrett optical / vision equipment and Zeiss coordinate measuring machines, our inspection laboratory can handle numerous inspection jobs.
